I was set to move out of state when bam, I was rear-ended. It was pretty bad. My out-of-state landlord is holding my rental for me whilst I complete medical care, no problem there. Problem IS, I must be out of my current rental end of this week. Current landlord has already re-rented. That leaves me in dire need of 1-2 month (max) temporary housing for myself AND my 2x indoor-only companion kitties. Storage of goods & furniture non-issue. I have a friend whose family used to live in the 2nd homes of families who had listed said home on market for sale, and preferred to not have it remain empty. Catch was, temp-occupants were obligated to keep home tip-top ready to show at all times AND agreed to be vacated in the range of 1 - 6 months. Perfect arrangement for me at this time, if exists. Great ref's, immaculate, self & old little cats. Please, any direction or suggestions greatly appreciated. I am NOT in a position financially to pay exorbitant cost of temp corp-housing.Thx in advance.
