S- There are several factors involved. If you are looking for
both Management and Rental Services that would be priced
differently than Rental Service alone. You have two choices for
Agent relationships .One is a Management Company. The other
would be with a Sales/Rental Agent at a Real Estate Brokerage.!
The Pricing should be considered along with Agent availability,
ability to perform,and experience.
Internet Marketing, Access to Property Servicing needs, and the
flexbility to customize the services you need , will make the best
combination of "price and terms" stand out ! Check out at least
several Agents before Listing , and compare. Best for Success!

sdodge,

The rental market in Palm Beach Gardens is generally very good so you should not have much trouble finding a good tenant if your town home is in good shape. You will find that most real estate agents will charge a fee equal to a months rent for a 12 month lease. Others charge 10% of the gross rent.

If you would like to discuss you r needs in detail please feel free to contact me and we can get your property rented in no time.

I hope this information is helpful but if you need anything additional please do not hesitate to give me a call.

Think about the old saying, "You get what you pay for" and realize that many Realtors do not handle rentals because there is small income but the work is nearly as hard as to sell a house.

Find out who are the successful rental agents in your area, and use someone with a track record of finding renters and closing rentals. It would be unwise to pick the one who will take the least commission unless they have a good track record.

Hi,

Commissions are negotiable. Contact a local REALTOR and talk to them regarding what their fee might be.

If I can be of further service please contact me directly. I work in Delray Beach and would be glad to assist.

Commissions are always negotiable between you and your agent, there are no set standards...

Realtors charge 10% commission, 5 % for the listing broker, 5% for the selling broker.

Hard to make a living for less with rentals bringing in very minimal income. Maybe your living expenses are much lower, Antonio, than in Delray Beach.

Most be nice to have those commissions in Delray. That is close to double what we get in Central Florida.

Contact several property management companies. They will be able to give you prices for the services needed.
