This service is free for landlords and charges the tenants $7.00. You just create a link, send it to the potential tenant and the tenants put in their bank info. As soon as they do it you get an email notification and you can see their income. Makes it pretty easy to access a tenants ability to pay rent each month, its easy and free.
If potential tenant is a tenant at present, ask for present AND previous landlords: present one may lie, previous one will tell you the truth... I'm a landlord to multiple properties since 1987...
