First off the below list is a suggestion, I am not an attorney and I do not give legal advise.
1. Call the police and file a police report.
2. If the tenant still has a lease on the property, begin the eviction process.
3. Once you have a judgement on the eviction file the judgement.
4. Hire a PI to locate the tenant.
5. File a suite against the tenant once the PI has located the tenant.
