Hi I am looking for a 4bdrm/3ba home that is at least 2200sq.ft. I would prefer the home to have 2floors w the second floor carpeted(excluding bathrooms ofcourse) I prefer a diverse family oriented neighborhood that is at least an hour away from schools/churches/supermakets/shopping/etc. New kitchen appliances, granite countertops, pets allowed, which area would I have luck finding my ideal home?

Here is a listing in your range, I believe it is 2800. A great neighborhood close to shopping, churches etc. Best of all it is a mile from the turnpike to go anywhere.

Valentine,

As of this morning in Palm Beach County there are a total of 24 active rental listings of 4 bedroom 3 bath homes with at least 2,200 square feet and a list price of $3,000 or less. You will not find a home in Palm Beach County that is an hour away from anything. If you would like me to send you the information sheets on these listings and anything else that hits the market I would be happy to do so. Your ideal home is out there just waiting for you!

I would be happy to show you around the area at your convenience and would certainly be honored to be included on the list of any Realtors® you may choose to interview. I am happy to be of help to you and your family with any, and all, of your real estate needs throughout Palm Beach County.

Best of luck and if I can offer anything additional please let me know.

To find a home that gives you what you are looking for and still remains within your rent range, you will want to look in the area of West Palm Beach, Royal Palm Beach and Lake Worth and Loxahatchee that is known as the acreage.

It is well to the west of everything else, and every home in the area is situated on at least an acre of land. You may not necessarily find 2 floors, but you will find the square footage that you have in mind.
