Port Charlotte is a beautiful community. I think it is best you see it in person and form your own opinion. You can find statistical information at http://www.city-data.com.

Please send me your email address along with any additional criteria about what you're looking for, ie. your budget, how many bedrooms rooms you need, pool, gulf access, property size, location etc. I will send you all of the currently available homes that fit the picture you build for me.

I go beyond the conventional expectations of my customers by locating the perfect property that fits your needs, negotiating the best deal possible and protecting your interests every step of the way. Call me and lets talk about how I can help you find a house you will love.

*Contact me for a current list of active properties that fit your needs. Conventional, foreclosure and short sales. All properties I send come directly from the Realtor's MLS system and therefore are real-time current information, only active and available homes.

I see that you are posting in the Rental section of Trulia. Our agency is located in Port Charlotte and we have an in house Rental Specialist. I would be happy to have him contact you directly if you could provide me with your contact information. He can discuss options and locations that might best suit your needs with you.

We can not recommend to stay away from an area as this would be classified as "steering". The Fair Housing Laws take this very serious as this is illegal. If you have a concern for the safety of yourself and family you can go to the public website for crime statistics at http://ccso.org/PublicInterest/crimestats.cfm#second and enter a property address to see what the current status of crime is.

We can talk about the pros and cons of the areas such as location, amenities, desirability for future resale, etc. For example the central Port Charlotte area would be a good pick if you are looking to stay close to shopping, medical offices, hospitals, recreational activities within a 10 minute drive.

If you have any more question feel free to reach me.
