Hi Sasha,
If you are looking for a rental, craigs list is a great place to start. If you want to consider a purchase, I have great lenders that could help you get qualified for a loan. I'd also love to talk to you about a $5000 grant for down payment and closing costs that you may qualify for.

Is there a particular reason that you are looking for a rental? Do you credit issues or little/no money for a down payment? I can recommend an amazing credit repair company if you are interested OR an amazing lender who offers little to no money down options!! If you are interested feel free to reach out to me and I will point you in the right direction...614-581-2086 or hay.molly@gmail.com

I have credit issues so I am currently looking to rent.

Dear Sasha:
In Hilliard, the real estate taxes are high, so for $1,350 per month you will be paying about $125.00 for mortgage insurance, $330.00 for real estate taxes, $50.00 for homeowners insurance, leaving you about $850 for the loan for the house. Depending on your credit score and the down payment you plan on putting down you are looking at about a $175,000 home in Hilliard.
There are currently 17 four bedroom homes available. Call me and I will schedule a time for you to see them.
