kno_mizz_yazz,

Try Craigslist, Rent.com and the Trulia rental section. Be careful with the Craigslist ads. There have been some recent scams there involving rental properties. If it sounds to good to be true or if they want money sired or sent up front to an unknown entity, beware. You also might want to consider a purchase if at all possible. It is better to purchase than to rent in most cases. I wrote an article recently about this - http://j.mp/RWrZi3

We should have several townhomes and single-family homes for rent that time of year. We manage over 160 properties in the Denver area, so we should have something available. How many bedrooms do you need? Please check out our website http://www.tjcrealestate.com for current and future listings to see the quality of homes that we manage and rent. Feel free to call me at 303-720-9199 to learn more.

Best of luck on the move.

Kind regards,

Greg

I agree, Craigslist.com and rent.com are the best resources for rental properties. Good luck!

I agree with Jeff...I think he has given you very good advice in this tight rental market.

You are looking for a rental? These are difficult times for renters. Low inventory and increasing rents. I recommend craigslist or rent.com. You may also find some available properties by calling property managers directly.
