Wash Park area, Park Hill or Mayfair area. I'd like to start a conversation with someone to help me. I'm secure, looking for now or November, and need at least 2 bedrm, garage, fenced in back yard, and AC/cooler for a start. Will you please connect me with someone who can help me secure a nice place now? My max is $1100 a month. I know you don't prefer rental effort, but I really do need some help. I'm a nice guy too, ha. Quiet, 1 small dog, honest, retired Executive and more. Hope this gets to someone soon????

I would recommend contacting a larger property management firm in the area. That is a very aggressive rental market and things are going quick.

Hi there--I'm not in town this month so it would be hard to help, but I suggest trolling craigslist and searching by the name of the neighborhoods (and price range). I have lived in all the areas you mention, and also have helped landlords in those area secure tenants. It's very competitive right now, so you have to act fast, and sometimes it helps to know someone who knows the landlord. If you think I could help from out of state, feel free to call me at 303-929-2242. Jody West, GRI

Charles, give me a call. I need to know a bit more but I can certainly send an email to several hundred brokers/investors to ask if anyone has what fits your needs. I also have another idea but I need to talk with you to see if it fits your overall goals.

I would suggest you try the regular rental sites:

http://www.craigslist.com
http://www.apartments.com
http://www.trulia.com (Rentals Section)
http://www.zillow.com (Rentals Section)
http://www.realtor.com (Rentals Section)

Between all of those, you will get a very clear picture if you can find what you are looking for. Good luck!
