Currently renting a property in Philadelphia, escrow account was opened by RE agent. Landlord wants monies turned over to him, how do I go about this?
The only thing that the RE agency did was show the house, and process the paperwork for the lease. The landlord lives in NY, I have not dealt with RE agency again after that. Rent is sent by mail directly to the landlord in form of a check. He wants the deposit what should I do?
