Hey you!
Have you considered living in Celina? I have an investor has a home that just came on the rental market. It is a 3 bed 2 bath home. It's listed at 1300 a month. As a landlord he has a heart of gold and pretty much rocks.

Take a peek at this link. http://www.kimi.jphomesforsale.com/property/37-11897913-2811…

If this isn't to your liking - I can find you something that will work for you and your family. There is no need to stress about this situation. Let me do the leg work for you. I know some landlords don't look at credit scores as much as they look at rental and employment history. Please give me a call, text or email and we can talk further.

Mamasita,

Currently there are 19 houses available for lease with 4 bedrooms in Frisco, Plano, Mckinney, Allen and Little Elm with rent ranging from $1100-$1500 and there are 92 rent houses available with 3 bedrooms ranging from $795-$1500. What you need to decide is where the best location for you to run you re-modling business. If most of you business is in Little Elm it would make no sence to live in Plano. The gas alone would eat up a lot of income. Call me and we'll look at all your needs and find the best place for you to get a home. Thanks!

Hi Mamasita-

I know this can be challenging for you and your family. Landlords can be demanding and rigid. But there are landlords that will work with renters as you.

It requires a specialty real estate agent, such as me, that can help find a rental home.

You need someone that can present the positive aspects of your credentials and fight to secure a home.

I am that agent!! My leasing and property management experience is above all others. I will be happy to help your family.

I'm answering you inquiry because I'm working on several contracts right now and happen to be online.

Please feel free to text, call or email me with more information so I can help you.

Best regards,
