Betsy, great question regarding the best self-storage facility near Washington Blvd. Have you had a chance to stop by some of the storage facilities? Doing some initial research via the internet can help get you started. I would assume that visiting a few different facilities to take a tour and find out prices could prove fruitful. Good luck, I wish you the best!

My wife has been collecting a lot holiday decorations and we don't have any room for them in our house. Once the holiday season is over, we will need a place to put all of those decorations. I decided that our best option is to get a self storage unit and put everything in there. We will try it out for a few months, but I am pretty sure that it is going to be perfect.

I would call around to local friends and family and see if they have any suggestions for you. Having had experience, they should have plenty of recommendations for you. Good luck and I hope everything works out for you!

Having too many decorations is something I know about. My wife really loves to decorate, but I think she had acquired too many. It will be harder to convince her to cut back then to just find a place to store them. I'm hoping to find a smaller storage unit.

Getting a storage unit can be a great way to store your Christmas decorations throughout the rest of the year. Especially if you have a lot of them, like my family does. I need to get a storage unit when I take them all down!

This is great to know. Last year my sister and her husband were looking for a storage unit near them. I told them that they should find one that has a 24/7 security system. It would be frustrating to have your things stolen out of your storage unit.

I would suggest calling neighbors and friends around that area to see where they suggest. Being locals, they should have a good idea of where you should go. They can also help answer any other questions or concerns you may have. Good luck and I hope everything works out for you!

There are so many great storage units out there if you just take the time to seek them out. It can take a while to find the one that is best for you. You have to decide the best location for you as well as more specific things like weather you prefer racking or not. I would suggest asking your friends and family for references.

I would try calling local friends and family who also have a storage unit. They should know how to help you and be able to give you plenty of recommendations. Not only that, but they are recommendations you can trust. I would highly recommend trying them and seeing what they say!

Make sure you get a storage unit that's just the right size. You aren't going to want to pay for extra space that you aren't using. That's a waste of money and space. You can save quite a bit of money if you are careful about your storage.

My mom is kicking me out of her house, and all my stuff won't fit in my dorm. There are several storage facilities in my area, but I have only gotten around to calling two. As a student, I need the price to be affordable. I am also concerned about security, since I will be storing a lot of electronic equipment in there.

I'm sorry about your living situation! If it makes you feel better, a lot of college students are in that exact position. Especially if they're living in a different state while they go to school. Any college town should have a lot of storage options for that very reason.

If I were you, I would suggest calling around to family members or friends in that area. The odds of them having or knowing of a great storage facility is very high. Calling them would help you get the best idea of what to look for and when to go. I would highly recommend calling them as soon as you can!

Hope these help.……

Thanks for the recommendations! I tried to do some google searching on my own, but this is an easier method. I also like having actual recommendations from people with first-hand experience. Every storage unit is different-- you might as well take the time to find the best option.

Thank you for the recommendation. I am moving to the inner city for a new job. I will not be able to afford as much space as I could in my small hometown. I will almost certainly need to rent a self storage unit. I have acquired a lot of junk over the years.
