Maeaheyer,

If I am following your question correctly the prices quoted for seasonal rentals typically will be the same for each of those months. If you are looking for a term shorter than 3 months you will find fewer opportunities as many of the buildings that do allow seasonal rentals have minimum lease terms of that duration.

Best of luck and if I can offer anything additional please let me know.

Definitely! There aren't many people who want to visit South Florida in our hot months.

Yes, that is in prime season. The difference from an annual rental and a seasonal rental on the same property can be 200%-300% higher for seasonal. Cliff Story - Story Real Estate 561-414-7371.
