This is not an Agent decision. A Seller makes the decision to Sell or rent or rent to buy.

That's not up to the agent. The seller can decide at the time of listing to make that option available.
Today's market is strong because of the low rates and a couple down payment assistance programs that are available for first time buyers. Consider one of these programs as your better alternative if what you really want is to buy property. You can even look into and FHA purchase for a duplex or triplex where 70% of your mortgage payment would come from the rental income.

Good luck

No I have a listing on Hauser. I was asking if Agents give their clients the option to Lease instead of buy if they just can't afford yet or have down payment. My listing is gorgeous and PicFair village basically is a community with 2 working professionals to afford to move their. Or do agents (you guys just push the clients to a lesser neighborhood?

You're an agent!? Then I am appalled that you would address this issue as it is a violation of our code of conduct!
1. You can't make a decision to have a client lease your listing, that isnupnto your seller and frankly in today's market, that would not be advised.
2. As a Realtor, you cannot "push" your client into another area and describe it as you did above!
3. Your job as a listing agent is to do your very best to get your seller his asking price and terms.

Good luck!
