Hi Cece,

The rental market has changed, there are more "For Rent" signs out there, therefore you have to be competitive. This means that your unit has to show well and you may need to lower the rent to about $975-1,000.

It may be time to re-list your home as the market for sales is very limited in inventory and properties are selling fast! I'll be happy to put together a market analysis; give me a call.
