Hi Tom, there are a few more questions I would need to know to give you a fair answer. First what condition is the house in in general. How updated is the house, such as kitchen and bathroom. Also how large is the yard and how big is the living sq feet of the house. These are all what help in calculating for what the house should lease for. Are you planning on renting it out furnished or unfornished? Will it be short term or long term lease? Will you allow Pets? Once I have answers to these questions I will be able to give you a better answer what it will lease for.
