No, Plan B Property Management is most definitely not the BEST property management company in Oklahoma City. I'd say more like the WORST! Vince Brown rarely returns tenant phone calls, cut corners on property upkeep, is a bare-faced liar, and a slum lord. I am currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against him. Do not use this company.

I ordinarily would be able to help you here myself Rob, however I am no longer with OK City Properties; two great companies you can call are Prime Properties at 405- 759-3570 or OneProp and ask for Josh Farmer or Denise, 405-748-0520. Feel free to let them know I referred you if you would like.

As for searching you can go to rentals.com and search by zip code; many agents do not place their listings in the Realtors Multi List system, but I am certain OneProp does.

Hope this helps.

Hi Rob,

Bill beat me to it. That's who I'd recommend as well. You can also google "Property management Oklahoma City" and it will bring up a list of companies for you to compare.

If you might be interested in listing your home for sale, please give me a call. I'll be happy to run the comps for you and talk about your options...

Best of luck!

Hi Rob, here are 3 companies for you:

Featherstone Property Management
3209 S. Broadway, Suite 219
Edmond, OK 73013

Att.: Marvin Mueller
Office Phone: 405 - 755 - 3610
Cell Phone: 405 - 416 - 0610
E-mail: marvinmmueller@okrenthouse.com

Oneprop - Attention: Josh Farmer or Denise
Phone #: 405-748-0520
E-Mail: jfarmer@oneprop.com
web site: http://www.oneprop.com

Premier Home Leasing
Office: 405-844-4110
Randy: 405-973-6510
Jessye: 405-361-6604
web site: http://www.premierhomeleasing.com

Rob, these companies have their own properties and properties they manage for investors and absentee homeowners. Unfortunately you've probably found this out, but in the Oklahoma City Metro area the vacancy rate is 1% so rental properties bring a premimum price right now.

Yours truly,
Bill
