Many tenants are in same situation has you. No rights renter, you will be served eviction notice. Bank wants the property immediately. SOME banks offer the person living on property a cash settlement for you vacate the property within a certain number of days, therefore bank does not have go thru legal procedures.

Many times, you will have no choice but to leave when the bank tells you to leave (they'll send someone to evict you).

Given that I don't know the terms of your lease or your specific situation, I really can't comment on what your rights might be...but I would HIGHLY suggest you speak with a real estate attorney as soon as possible so you'll have an understanding of your situation. Please take my word for it...it may very well be worth the money to sit down with an attorney who can help guide you and inform you of your rights.
