LIFE is based on credit scores after you turn 18 . If your scores are below 625 you can anticipate a double deposits.

Hi Ruth,

Some Landlord/Owner want a good credit score and others know the realities of our times and will work with you if it is less then perfect. Pick a strong Realtor to work for you and help you find your new place.

Hi Ruth,

if you have good rental history then it will def help with your case. But be prepared to put down 2 months of deposit if your credit is really bad.

You can visit my website at http://www.findyourtexashome.com/leasing under Lakewood area is where you seem to be looking by White Rock lake.
