It depends on what your needs are. You can rent a condo for as little as $800 per month and the prices go up from there for a townhouse or house. Contact your agent who can send you some options from the MLS. There are a lot of options out there to fit a variety of needs. Good Luck!

That varies so much depending on your needs. However Condos as low as $800 with an average of $1200 and homes staring $1200 to $4,000 or more. We have a wide range for all needs.

Hi there,

Also, what is your purpose of wanting to be north Naperville? To be near the highway, in a particular school district, or close to downtown Naperville? Depending on your reason, there are some other areas I could help you explore.

Depending on your situation, you may look into purchasing a home instead of renting. There is a vast amount of properties for sale with low listing prices. This may result is having mortgage payments comparable to rent payments. There are several programs available with down payment assistance.

There are may benefits to seeking purchasing a property today including:
Low interest rates
Down payment assistance programs
Mortgage interest is a tax writeoff
Large supply of home inventory

Good luck!

It depends on what you are looking for. Is it a 1 bedroom condo, a 3 bedroom town home or a 6 bedroom house. These have ranged in price from $800/mo to over $4000/mo. It depends on how long you want to rent for: 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years? It becomes more difficult to rent something with poor credit as well as pets. If you are in either of these scenarios, you might be better off renting with an option to buy.
