It is unlikely that a foreclosed/bank owned property is available for renting. However, it doesn't hurt to ask. Give your Realtor a call and ask them to contact the necessary person. If you do not have one, I can help you out, too. I am somewhat familiar with the property that you are inquiring about. Feel free to give me a call. Good Luck!

You can always ask but it would be unlikely that the bank would be willing to rent. That and the fact that a lot of foreclosures need quite a bit of work to be able to live in it. Please let me know if you need any additional help!

Banks are not usually like to be property managers or landlords. But if you can find the property's owner, you can probably ask.

If you like this property because of its location / condition and feel that you can afford to own it, maybe try to see if you can buy it too.

Good luck,
Celine
