Asked by HiddenHills770, Atlanta, GA Thu Nov 29, 2012

I'm looking to rent a commercial location to establish a small used car dealership, it needs to be able to house at least 15 cars, I need a commercial real estate agent to help me find a lot suitable for housing a used car lot in metero atlanta area. I'm not picky on where, as long as its not two far off the highway and on a traveled rd. I want to speand around $1250 monthly.

There are several difficulties you face. A qualified agent is unlikely to work on such a small transaction. You will probably need to locate this on your own, driving the area you want to locate and identifying the locations that might work for your business.

Good decisions are seldom reached such a short period of time. Once you locate the property and reach an agreement on price, you should contact an attorney to assist you with the lease agreement. The owner or owners rep may have a lease agreement, having this reviewed by an attorney would be a good idea.

My wife and I have been looking for a place to expand our start-up company as it has gotten too big for our house. I will definitely have our lawyer look at the places we like and if we can get our contracts started. Real estate is such an exciting industry, especially the office rentals part of it.
