What's the a trusted web site to screen potential tenants for a rental property? (good deal too?)

Asked by Cheri Grippi, Corona, CA Fri Dec 30, 2011

There are so many links out there to screen tenants. Some say they include 4 screenings in their price but they charge before they show you a total. I just want one I can trust, and really wont be ripping me off that much. First time landlord learning the ways. :-)

Hi Cheri,
You should check out the apartment association of the Greater Inland Empire. They have a website and they should be able to point you in the right direction.

I am a private landlord and use MyScreeningReport.com
Includes eviction information, whereas similar services did not.
Also, no set-up that other companies required because it is "consumer-initiated". Worth checking out!
