Hi Theresa,

You need to decide what is affordable for you in a rental, then let me know and I can send you rentals which you can afford. Also, let me know what area of San Antonio you would like to reside.

Thanks and have an awesome week,

I am confused. I see your question under "rental basics." Do you want to rent or purchase? Are you moving to San Antonio soon?

Hi Teresa,

Congratulations on your decision to purchase a home.

It's always best to get pre-approved for a home loan unless you're paying cash. A lot of information is determined at the time of the preapproval. You can find out how much you qualify for, what you can afford, estimated cash needed for down payment and closing costs, which loan program best meets your needs, etc.

Once you have that part covered, then you can begin the fun part....home shopping. I can refer you a reputable real estate agent who can represent you and your interests.

Feel free to call me with any questions and be sure to review my recommendations and my blog on this site.

Talk to you soon.

You need to talk with a loan officer to receive that kind of suggestions, I suggest you to talk with one LOCAL lender. If you need more information, please let me know.
