What are good space saving tips for NYC apartments? I am looking to move into a smaller space.

, we still have small living spaces like efficiency studios (~200sf). Saving space is about how well you can utilize the room you do have through storage and organization. I'm a fan of functional furniture where it serves multiple purposes like a storage ottoman or floor-to-ceiling shelving that can double as a work station. Hi, Use cabinet and closet organizers as much as possible. You may also consider furniture that have multiples uses.

You may want to check out the container store, if you have one in your area, if not look on their website. And I personally love IKEA as they're prices are cheap and they have great ideas for space saving.
