FIRST ANSWER

Check Craig's List but beware of the many "phising" scams where they insist you complete an on-line application "prior" to seeing the rental and you end up providing bank account, soc. sec #'s, all those very sensitive information to someone in Nigeria!! Look for the tell-tale signs of slang not of THIS country! Many Realtors have properties themselves or know of clients renting property.
