Rental Market in East Bay Summer 2009? Forecast for April, May, June? Which month is best to look?
I was hoping someone could give me some tips as to which months are predicted to have a higher number of rental listings in the eastbay (does anyone know what it was like last year). April/May/June-which month could possible have the most listings in the oakland/emeryville/berykeley area? Does anyone know of any statistic sites that would also have this sort of general information?
