I think the folks below missed that you are looking for a rental :)

Here are all the rental homes in the area you asked for: http://sabor.connectmls.com/listings.jsp?dcid=C01855198AF197…

I don't do rentals... I only handle purchases and listings... :(

I have a guy who can do some serious credit clean and help you get in a great position to buy in the next 6 months... Keep that in mind... I would suggest a 6 month lease and let's get you fixed up...

I don't know any good agents that do rentals or I would give you a referral right now.

Anyhow... hope that helped in some way...

The best option will be to Rent right now. You can work on your credit as you rent and be able to buy as soon as the lender advises you to.
Please let me know if you would like to rent and I would be able to help you either way. Rent or Purchase.

I can recommend you several lenders that can work with you with your credit issues.

Are you planning to pay cash or need financing? There are many options depending on what your credit score actually is.

Give me a call.

I would not be concerned about viewing homes until you have been pre-approved. With horrible credit you will most likely not be able to buy regardless of your income and until you figure out what your options are that should be your priority before looking at homes.
