Need advice on obtaining entry into tenants apartments for appraisals.

Dear Klo1013:

Are you the buyer or the seller or is this a refinance? Tenants do have certain rights to privacy. I suggest you just try talking to them and being polite. If you have done that and it didn't work speak to a landlord tenant attorney. Good luck!

Much of this answer depends on how the lease is worded. Have your attorney review the lease and advise you. Most leases provide for landlords entry with notice.
