My landlord hasnt fixed anything he said he as going to fix in our rental.How do I break my lease so I can go?
The house we are renting is substandard for what we are paying for rent.We rented this house based off of what the landlord said he was going to fix. He said come spring he would fix everything,well spring has come and gone and nothing is fixed. We want to move(we could have a mortgage for less than we are paying for rent). We shouldn't be penalized for breaking the lease because he did not hold up his end of the lease.
