Constance, Have you checked Craigs List? Beware, however, of big rental scams. NO PERSONAL or BUSINESS information (checking accts,Soc.Sec#'s) over the internet!! When renting a property in today's scam world I would ask to see identification of the party you are dealing and ask if they are the owner. If they are the owner then ask a local realtor to pull up the "tax records" to verify they really ARE the owners!!! If they are a property manager then see their ID and get a DRE Lciensing number. Check them out!!
