Leaky flat do we have to pay rent?
our flat has been leaking for the last two weeks we notified the landlord and she tried to get it fixed but it still leaks and the people fixing it are stil yet to come repair it do we have to pay the last two weeks rent or not pay until its fixed? whats our rights?
