Is there a way to reach builders or contractors, even homeowners sitting on new homes or fairly recently?
built used homes that would prefer an excellent renter versus possibly sitting on them for exteneded periods? Looking for executive type home, 2800sf to 4,000sf. Rent from $1800-$2,300 range. Thank You.

FIRST ANSWER
Tom, yes. Call the builders directly or ask their agents. Those with one or two homes might not be interested until after summer, but those with tons of homes may be open to the help with carrying costs. Many times their bank will have to approve th lease, so expect some hefty deposit money requirements.
