Is it possible to rent an apartment in Harrisburg with bad credit?

I would like to relocate to Harrisburg in mid July. Is it possible to find a rental (home or apartment) with bad credit? I have an excellent rental history. I am looking for 2 bedrooms and would like pay between $800 - $1000 per month.
