take down all walls and return it to original one room second floor of a barn. They tore it down county came back and checked. Once county left they built it back into an apartment and continued to rent it out. I moved out and now are trying to say I abandoned the property and take me to court, They threw away our things and are trying to rent it again. Is any of this legal
