Good afternoon. I have a few one bedroom units for your budget, but they will require at least one month fee. If you would like me to send you some options right now, please do send me your full contact information and a bit more about your must-haves and needs.

I have a great 1br listing just renovated and near the #6 subway stop at 77th st (its just off Third Ave and 77th). Elevator bldg and asking rent is $2350. Also have a West Village studio with Murphy bed for $2695. Elevator bldg as well. If these don't suit can help you find others. Charlie Summers, SVP, Bellmarc Downtown 917-376-1648

It would need to be a walkup and not in a great neighborhood, it would also have to be a one bedroom, you'll never find a two bed for $2000

Hi Meuris23,

Do you know which neighborhood you prefer? What is your credit rating? Landlords typically require an applicant seeking to lease an apartment to have a minimum of 40 times the monthly rent in annual income and a good credit score. There will be very few 2 bedroom apartments in this price range unless it is a 5th or 6th floor walk-up that is not centrally located.

Give me a call if you wish to discuss further.

My best
