If the maintenance person was invited into your condo to repair interior on their own time - it's between you and the maintenance person, usually, has nothing to do with the condo.
If the management office sent someone upon your request, and your condo management is responsible in fixing interior of the units, according to your condo docs (which it's rather uncommon for the condo managemetn to be responsible for interior repairs), - then you need to speak to the condo management. If the condo management is not finishing what they started (and they are supposed to by condo docs), then you should call in reinforcement (a real estate attorney familiar with the condominiums - and not all real estate attorneys are familiar).
Hope this helps,

This is a question that many condo unit owners find themselves asking all too often. You will need to refer to your condo documents to determine the answer to this question. You can additionally contact the association office and pose the question to them. It could simply be an oversight on their part. If this matter is no resolved to your satisfaction then you may need to contact a real estate attorney that is well versed in condo laws and can review your documents and provide you with the proper legal guidance. Should you need the name of a real estate attorney I can provide you with the name of a couple of real estate attorneys. Good luck in resolving this.
