If I buy a 3bed 2bath property in Havasu in a decent area, will I have a difficult time renting it?

Is the market flooded with rentals?

There are also some different rental options to explore in Havasu. For instance, you can furnish the home completely and rent it as a "vacation" home. We have families that like to rent these types of homes in the summer, and our winter guests stay for 3-5 months from October through May. There are some great property managers that strictly work the vacation rental market. Again, just another avenue for you to explore. The rental market right now is flooded with all the homes that people cannot sell. That being said, a nice home for the right price is being rented because the people that are losing their homes still need a place to live so they rent!!
So the answer to your question is, you should be able to rent it.
If I can be of any help, please let me know. If you would like to look for homes in Havasu, my website has a button for Homes in Havasu!!
