There are also some different rental options to explore in Havasu. For instance, you can furnish the home completely and rent it as a "vacation" home. We have families that like to rent these types of homes in the summer, and our winter guests stay for 3-5 months from October through May. The rental market right now is flooded with all the homes that people cannot sell. That being said, a nice home for the right price is being rented because the people that are losing their homes still need a place to live so they rent!!
