We own a condo at B & T. From our experience, the units are rented most every month with the exception of August, when the weather is too hot. Other than that, they generally are rented out weekly, monthly or by season. There is a rental company on site, that I am more than sure will help you rent your unit or you can always post a message on the bulletin board in mail room in Bldg. 3. We are selling our unit in bldg 4, 7th floor, due to husband's health. Just too far to drive from Mi to Fl for the 6 months we stay at B & T. Hope this answers your question. We have been there in October, great month. And then of course during height of season from January - May. Great place to own, lots of amenities, including the most glorious sunsets ever. Beach is right across the street and stretches for miles and then of course, there is Doc's, a great place to eat and sort of campy. We hate to sell, but don't have much of a choice. Unit is listed with Blue Bill.

I would check the rental restrictions. If you market the property right I dont see why you cant have it occupied every month. Problem with that is you have to have a realtor or property manager in the area to assist and that cost money.
