I terminated a 1 yr lease within 30 days in Florida. Am I still responsible for all the fees associated?

FIRST ANSWER

You may or not be responsible for ALL the associated and or related / ancillary fees. It depends on how your lease is written. Not all leases are the same. If you terminated the lease within 30 days of commencement or termination- may have impact as well. You may be responsible for the value or the remaining lease. It is rare for a landlord to seek or obtain a judgment- it is rarely collectible.
