Hi Arnold,

Any grace period you may or may not have would be stated in your Lease. Do you have a copy? If not, please check with your landlord and ask for a copy of it. The rent is due on the first of each month, according to your above question - sometimes there is a late fee charged after the 5th day, the 10th day or the 15th day. It will definitely state so in your lease.
