already paid for rent refunded to me. I've lived their for 4 months now. I started to think the place might be a month or so after I moved in. During our heat wave it was unbearably hot in the studio, I realize, now it's probably because there is no insulation. I brought this up with the landlord and he just suggested i get a fan (which I already had) I asked for a screen door to ciculate some air, and never got one. My mail man told me on Monday that he can no longer deliver my mail because the address doesn't exist. The landlord originally asked me to just add and A to the house number and even put up a mailbox with the address with the additional A. I'm wasn't looking to get out of the lease, it's month to month. I called the city as the mail man suggested to me to see if the address was registered, when I did I was told their is no permit for the studio and that someone would come out and inspect it and I might have to move out.

Their is no way you can ask for a. refund of your rent at this point that is my
opinion when you rent this studio, first thing to do is to check every items that
come with the studio. If the insulation is the issue right now you should ask
the landlord to install as soon as possible if he did not do it then its time to
give a noticed of termination remember that (30)day noticed of termination. On the mail address the landlord
ask you to add letter A but this not a legal to do it the mailman is right that addition is not registered.
