I have hire a property manager to mange my property. The deposit for the month of August has not been made. All atempts to contact have been made.Help

What do I do ? File a complait wih LLR

I would file a complaint with LLR and send them an email to advise that they are in breach of contract and if they do not respond you will terminate the contract. If you are local stop by their office and demand an explanation. In the end you may find out they are scam artist. If they are a real company you may end up suing. Also ask to see their license before turning your property over to a property manager. You can verify if they are legit by visiting the LLR website. Good Luck!

Call the police. That sounds like a possible case of theft or fraud.
