have been since then. I went to the city building because I suspected the building have 6 clandestine units. I found the following: It is a two storys with 12 units families. No permits for aditional studios were found until this date. I am daing to moving out but I did some research and concluded that I should Stay without paing rent until the city's building inspector come to see what I found. What Should I really do? This is the six day without paying rent, and I also receive the three day notice to pay or quit. Thanks.
