I will offer you this short answer, yes. Use a Realtor. And be sure you know what a lease OPTION is. See my earlier answers (in my web site) for the issues to watch for in acquiring an option.

A local New Hampshire real estate agent would probably be your best and safest option. Once upon a time, craigslist was a great recommendation, but the last 6 or 8 months have seen many scams with renters losing money (usually unrecoverable) to these scam artists (and they truly are artists, in a devious manner...)
