I have good friends who use a combination of park and ride stations next to I-17 that take you to the light rail every few minutes. Then you have direct access to anywhere served by the light rail. I would seek out the employment first and then figure where it makes the most sense to live. Good luck!

You could move along the light rail route they are expanding in the east valley and further north you can go to for more information. It now can take you to the airport or downtown even into the Tempe area. You could even rent a home for while to get the feel of an area before you buy. There are so many great areas in town and all very different in their own good way!
