Landlord should have c/o before rent that property to you
and you can ask landlord to make a copy of that C/O.

Joe gave you some good advice. You should have received a copy of the booklet "Truth in Renting" from the listing agent when you signed your lease. If not you can get it on line at http://www.nj.gov/dca/divisions/codes/publications/pdf_lti/t_i_r.pdf

You can go to the construction office in Wenonah Boro Hall and inquire about the C/O.

what do you mean "rights" ?? It sounds like your looking for trouble...

Google NJ truth in renting.... read the booklet and it will explain a lot of things on Landlord tenant relationships.

Not looking for trouble, Joe. But lots of troubles in the rental and my lease runs through the end of October, so I'm looking for information at this point. Thank you for your response. I will check my booklet again, which Landlord did give to me.

Not every township requires one. Call/stop by their building dept to inquire if it is required and get a copy

Ask your agent. If you didn't use one, ask the owner. If there is none, you are not in a legal rental.
