MOTION. MY Q TO U, IS HOW LONG DOES A FORCLOSURE PROCEEDED TAKE TO HAPPEN? ALSO IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DUE TO PROTECT MY OTHER PROPERTY?

FIRST ANSWER
Get an attorney immediately! If you were served papers by the bank, if you do not show up in court on the day marked on the paper, the court will grant a default judgment against you and they may start foreclosure proceedings immediately.
