Eviction notices are serious - do not ignore. Depending on your situation you may need to seek legal advice. There are laws and rules that apply and tenants (if you are one) are well protected in MA. There are many sources available for advice - check with your local neighborhood services. If the eviction notice is the result of you failing to fulfill an obligation, you can correct that by satisfying the obligation. If you have a challenge to the eviction notice be sure to show up to the court date - failure to attend nearly always results in the eviction notice being ratified by the court.

With a certified letter and explain the reasons for you accepting the eviction or arguing the eviction.

Best of Luck.

You get a lawyer or you deal with whatever got you an eviction notice in the first place.
Why did you get an eviction notice for? please specify.
Best regards,
