some of the tenants are not telling the truth. They will tell the PM that they do not have pets. Later, the pets are showing up in the property.
It is better to get a copy of the lease agreement from the PM, if it stated that no pets are allowed on the contract and the pets showed up, that is the tenant's fault. You can only evict them and ask for compensation of any damage.
If the lease does not address it, that is the PM's fault. You have the right to fire your PM.
